Qualification – Master’s degree in Psychology.
Experience – 15+ yrs of experience -Proven experience in content development, preferably in an
academic or psychology-focused setting. -Strong understanding of psychological principles, research methodologies, and ethical guidelines. – Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills. -Proficiency in content management systems (CMS), digital platforms, and analytics tools -Experience leading and managing teams. -Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
1) Content Strategy and Development:
Develop and implement a comprehensive content strategy aligned with the department’s
goals and objectives.
Oversee the creation of educational, research-focused, and engaging psychology content
across various platforms (e.g., websites, publications, social media, and events).
2) Team Leadership:
Lead and mentor a team of content creators, editors, and subject matter experts in
psychology.
Assign and manage projects, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality outputs.
Foster a collaborative and innovative team environment.
3) Research and Trends:
Stay updated on the latest research, developments, and trends in psychology to inform
content planning.Collaborate with academic and research staff to highlight key findings and innovations.
4) Quality Assurance:
Establish and maintain standards for content quality, consistency, and accessibility.
Conduct regular reviews and audits of published content to ensure alignment with strategic
goals.
